Comparison of HID and current market corn Lamp with same brightness
The left picture shows the original LED corn lamp shining in the lamp shell,
and the right picture shows the old HID lamp shining in the lamp shell.
There are obvious differences, which can not achieve the previous light distribution effect.
Study the size and luminous point of old HID and test the distribution curve in the shell.
We study the market application of HID in specific environment, combine data, analyze and find out the law, and formulate the research direction.
The emphasis is on the shape and size of luminescence.
Quantitative parameter verification:Same luminous position of lamps, but use different product diameter and thickness test.
Conclusion :Diameter has less influence on distribution curve.But if the distribution area of lamp beads at the center point is too large, it will have an impact.
Re-validation: The same diameter and different luminous positions have a great impact on lamps .
Conclusion:
Through hundreds of experiments, the influence of the change of lamp size and luminous position on luminous emission was mastered.

3.The new replacement bulb built-in temperature sensor can protect the lamp from burning when it is abnormal.
4.The new replacement bulb can be manufactured and sent to the organization for certification. After the certification is qualified, it can be imported into the market for sale.
